Years ago I made a rolled sugar cookie that was filled with mincemeat. The sugar cookie was very light, almost like a keebler milano cookie. The dough was rolled, cut into circles, had a spoon of mincemeat, was topped with another circle and a pretty star cut in the top. But alas I've lost the sugar cookie recipe. It came from a big red cookbook from a friend, who lost all her books in a fire. Can anyone help?
