I have tried 4 different recipes for fortune cookies but they just aren't coming out like i'd like them to. I need to make a large quanity for my daughter's wedding in 2 weeks. The microwave recipe I found on this site seems intriguing, but because of the sheer quantity I need to make I'd like to make them in crepe pans on the stove. Does anyone have a recipe for making the cookie chocolate? thanks much!
