Hi Sherrie:-) This sounds pretty much like the Cherry Crunch you are looking for. You can use any pie filling you like for the topping - cherry, strawberry or blueberry.
BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE DESSERT
For the crust: 1 cup flour 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine 1 cup chopped pecans
Mix and press into a 9 X 13-inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Ror the Filling: 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened 3/4 cup sugar 1 tsp. vanilla
Mix these together.
Fold into above mixture: about 3/4 of a 9 oz. container of Cool Whip
Spread this mixture over the crust and chill well.
Top with: 1 can of blueberry, cherry, or strawberry pie filling. |
