Please ... I need a recipe to make milk chocolate. NOT by taking twenty bars of milk chocolate and melt them down and reshape them - I really need a recipe to make MILK CHOCOLATE FROM SCRATCH ... I am desperate too!!!

See - my child blows up like a balloon when eating milk chocolate - found out it was from contaminants in the milk (a normal thing when using milking machines and many cows having mastitus giving milk into large tanks and such) - but; my child will not eat the other chocolates without the milk ... and she is driving me up a tree.

Every time I turn around she is ballooning up and then has to take benedril and all kinds of stuff - can't keep her from mooching off friends - and I think she is begining to steal the stuff now as well. I don't know what to do other than make my own; soooo - pleeeaaasssseeeeeeee, and I mean pretty please with sugar on top -

If you have a recipe to make milk chocolate from scratch (I got a goat we have to milk so she can have milk) - will you please bless me with it?
