POTATO GRATEAU
6 boiled, mashed potatoes (can use a ricer) 5 eggs 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cubed 1/2 cup grated cheese Romano or Parmesan Cut up salami or pepperoni 2 tbsp. garlic powder 2 tbsp. parsley 1 tsp. basil ground black pepper (to taste) milk (as needed) 2 tbsp. margarine (for topping)
Mix all together, adding milk as needed so it is not dry. Put in well greased pan. Dot with margarine.
Cover with foil and bake in 350 degree F oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Remove foil last 5 minutes so it gets golden brown.
