I have made recipes Peanut Blossom Cookies before from a recipe I found in of the America's Test Kitchen books. The recipe actually came from Cook's Country magazine. It used peanut butter and ground peanuts as far as I remember. Anyway, those were the best IMHO Peanut Blossom Cookies ever!
