I use "Angel Food" cake mix for the cake itself....Cook as directed.
When cake is cooled, cut it in the middle to make two layers.
Mix the following ingredients:
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (NOT drained)
1 (4 oz.) box of "instant" vanilla pudding (or your favorite pudding. I've only had it with vanilla.
1 (8 oz.) tub of Cool Whip (thawed)
Spread evenly on bottom layer..Place second layer on top and spread evenly on it.
You can top with blueberries, etc. to give color.
Place in refrigerator for about two hours. |
