This is a REALLY GOOD recipe:

HOMEMADE CHICKEN FINGERS WITH HONEY MUSTARD

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts.
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup seasoned bread crums
3/4 cup milk
1 cup vegitable oil for frying
HONEY MUSTARD:
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup mustard

Cut chicken into 1/2 x 2 inch strips. Blend honey and mustard. set aside

Pour 1/4 inch oil into large heavy skillet. Heat over meadium high.

Mix flour, crums, salt and pepper in sallow bowl. Dip chicken in milk. Roll in flour mixture to coat well.

Place coated chicken into pan when hot let sit for about 3 minutes each side untill golden.

Drain on paper towels. Serve with sauce. ENJOY :)
