I made bologna salad for many years when my daughter was young (it was her favorite). I didn't use a "real" recipe...just bologna run through the meat grinder, some onion powder (because kids dont like pieces of onion), sweet relish and mayo to bind. I have tried making it many times since for my grandkids and because I have long ago gotten rid of my old meat grinder, I have used the electric chopper or food processor...IT JUST ISN'T THE SAME! My suggestion: try to get your hands on an old crank type food grinder.
