I totally agree. My mom always ran it through her hand crank meat grinder. I tried it once when first married and used the food processor. Remember I said I only ever did that once. I went right out and got myself an old fashioned cast iron hand crank meat grinder just like my mom. It's well worth the purchase as I use it for other things as well. But there is jusy something about the bologna through that grinder, it has such a better taste to it. I'm not sure how to explain it or what exactly it does, but you sure can taste a big difference.
