Hi Gwendolyn,
I grew up on ground bologna sandwiches and still love them today.
A few years back a gentleman named Jim S. posted a recipe here at TRL that was exactly what you are looking for (in little hamburger buns, baked in the oven) I have searched my files and searched here at TRL, but can't find it.
Maybe our hostess Betsy can find it for you. It sounded rreally good, but I never got around to trying it.
