Hi Barb, so you need a punch that looks like champagne? I have a very simple very elegant punch recipe that looks like champagne and has a fizz to it.

SIMPLY ELEGANT PARTY PUNCH

2 quarts white grape juice
1 quart ginger ale (you can use the brand of choice but Cotton Club or Canada Dry is recommended)

Mix together and enjoy!

The ratio is two parts juice to one part ginger ale so you can alter the recipe for more or less as needed. When using in a punch bowl, pinapple sherbert makes a nice compliment. If a pink color is what you are after try half white grape and half concord, or even a combination of juices.
