COCONUT GOOEY BUTTER CAKE
1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine, melted 1 (2-layer size) yellow cake mix, without pudding 3 egg, divided use 1 cup pecans, chopped 1 lb. powdered sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 cup coconut
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix margarine, cake mix, 1 egg and pecans together and pat into a greased 9x13 pan.
Mix together powdered sugar, cream cheese, remaining 2 eggs, and coconut; and pour over cake mixture in pan.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees F. |
