Here is the recipe someone requested for the fudge using confectionary sugar!
SOUTHERN STYLE PECAN FUDGE
1 lb. confectionary sugar 6 TBSP. margarine or butter 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 cup milk 1 TBSP. vanilla 1/2 TSP. salt 1 cup pecans or walnuts (optional)
Heat sugar, margarine, cocoa powder, milk, vanilla and salt over low heat, stirring until smooth and melted. Stir in nuts. Spread quickly into buttered 9 x 5 loaf pan, or the pan of your choice. Cool and cut into squares. Enjoy! |
