If you have the budget, you can get different flavors of chicken at Sam's already prepared and all that is necessary is to heat it up. If not, I would get chicken breast and slice in to strips, season, and broil in the oven or bread and fry them. I would serve them with the broad noodles that have been boiled, season with butter or oleo, garlic powder, black pepper??, parsley, and parmesan cheese. The noodles can be made ahead, dipped in hot water at the last minute to heat up, drained, and seasonings added. Hope this helps.
