Went to an outdoor party last autumn and one of the guests brought along Ceviche... and I forgot to ask for the recipe. It was milder than the recipes I've found; not overwhelmed with fresh cilantro and I don't remember if it had fish in the recipe (or not). Please share your favorite recipe for the wonderful dish.
