Hi June... I was so busy 'eating' the wonderful concoction I really didn't pick out the separate ingredients to see if fish was a part of the mix... It probably was. I remember the diced tomatoes, avocado, red onions, an herb of some kind and some peppers; perhaps a bit of oil and maybe that 'mystery' ingredients, the white chunks (were fish).

I tried making one recipe but it was overwhelmed with fresh cilantro and took away from the flavors of the other ingredient.

My garden will produce tomatoes and peppers around August; and, I do like fish, any recipes folks submit would be worth trying.
