NO BAKE CHEESECAKE
1/3 cup butter or margarine 1 cup graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup sugar 1 (8 oz.)pkg. cream cheese 1 (15 oz.) can ComstockŪ or WildernessŪ Lemon Fruit Filling or Topping 1 (8 oz.) carton non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
Place butter in 8 or 9-inch square microwave pan; microwave on HIGH (100%) 1 minute or until melted. Add crumbs and sugar, stir to mix. Press into bottom of pan.
Remove foil wrap from cream cheese. Microwave on LOW (10%) 40-60 seconds, until softened. Beat cream cheese until fluffy; beat in lemon filling.
Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Quick chill in freezer 30 minutes, or refrigerate.
