I tried Tracey's recipe. It was not the type that could be shaped- rather the dough was very sticky and unless I wanted to add a lot more flour the only option was to drop the dough by teaspoon onto baking sheet. The kichel doesn't rise too much and they don't spread either, so they didn't flatten like I thought they would. The taste is excellent though.
