Hello! I am looking for a bar recipe that I have been unable to locate anywhere! It has a cookie type bottom (either shortbread or sugar cookie) and plain Hershey bars in the middle. The cookie/shortbread layer is then place over the top of the Hershey bars! Thank you so much!
