Thanks for your quick response! My daughter will be home from campus this week, so I'd like to have some hummus ready for her. I'm so happy to know I can freeze the leftovers for another visit!

BTW, you're going to love this site - the more you poke around, the more interesting it is. And I hope you'll post some of your own stand-by recipes!
