Hi Sue - Gladys/PR originally posted this recipe back in 2003 - it's very easy and I'm sure you can use any kind of canned pie filling and get the same results.
EASY CHERRY DESSERT
In an 8 x 8 inch pan put: 1 can cherry pie filling 1 package Jiffy cake mix (spread dry over the top of the fruit)
Melt 1/4 pound butter and pour over dry cake mix.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 40 minutes.
