Thank you for confirming it is "ok" to freeze bananas. I have been throwing the old ones away for more years than I want to say, but just recently found out bananas can be frozen. What I do is just put them in the freezer in their skin. When you are ready to use, hold under warm water and peal. Gently run away the strings. They come right off and your banana is white and beautiful! I use for smoothies, but plan on making chocolate covered frozen bananas for the grandkids. Endless ways to use them.
