After searching both the internet and my home, I finally found my original copy of this recipe, cut from the box of White Baking Pieces. I have included it below. I hope that this helps!
PREMIER WHITE TREASURE BROWNIES
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 cups sugar 2/3 cup butter 1/4 cup water 2 tsp. vanilla 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 (10 oz.) pkg. large white chocolate baking pieces 4 eggs
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
In bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
In medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter and water; bring just to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract and Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels until mixture is smooth.
Transfer to large bowl. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Cool 15 minutes. Gradually blend in flour mixture. Stir in large white baking pieces. Spread in greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
Bake for 40-45 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
