Hi Glenn,
You can combine some sugar and cinnamon to your taste start with 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon then add more cinnamon if you'd like. Depending on the number of apples you may need more or less. Or, without measuring, you can sprinkle sugar in each cored hole then sprinkle in some cinnamon.
