Hi,

Mojo Criollo is used to marinate pork chops, pork roast or chicken. It is a mixture of lemon, lime, oregano and garlic. That is the standard in Cuban cooking.

I have never heard of Mojo Chipotle, but with the current craze over anything chipotle or Mexican, I imagine it is packing a little smoky heat and perhaps used for marinating Mexican cuts of meat. I myself would not use that because we Cubans don't like heat in food like the Mexicans do, we go for the flavor, "el sabor Latino" which is mainly lemon, lime, oregano, onion and garlic.

Happy Cooking!

Gina
