My sister in law is coming for Labor Day weekend, and I am going to make the low fat version of this for her. Since she never lets us know her plans until the last minute, I'm looking for recipes I can make ahead, and pull out when she finally gets here. She isn't into much pasta, but likes vegetarian lasagna, so I'll make this for a change.
