I was glad to read your remark about the terrible peaches, lately. Just this past week I managed to buy several that were good, but since they first appeared on the market here in Spring, I have spent a small fortune on peaches that were either pithy and juiceless inside or which rotted before they ripened. I am trying to search out the reason; my market manager has been supportive (offered money back with no questions) but what I wamt is TO BE ABLE TO BUY DECENT PEACHES. Where do you market?? I'm beginning to believe it is not a local problem. The bad peaches I have encountered came both from CA and the southeast.
