I have tons of eggs here, because the local gas station has been offering a dozen eggs for a quarter with a fill up, and we fill up every several days! I wrote to my mother-in-law asking for her coconut macaroon recipe with cornflakes, to use up all my egg whites. I pulled out all my Christmas recipes this year, to "put in a safe place," and now I can't find some of my favorites!!
