Angie: Here's second recipe. This one is good when doubled and put into a 9" baked pie shell and served as a pie with a bit of light cool whip.
Chocolate Banana Cream
2 tbls. sugar 1/2 ounce semisweet chocolate 2 bananas peeled
1 1/2 cups plain lowfat yogurt
In small saucepan heat sugar, chocolate and 1 tablespoon water over very low heat stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat and set aside.
Puree bananas in blender, add yogurt and chocolate mixture and process for 5 to 10 seconds. Place in bowl or 4 dessert dishes - chill 2 to 3 hours.
If using in pie shell - chill at least 4 hours.
