PUERTO RICAN PORK ROAST 7 cloves of garlic, crushed 2 teaspoons oregano 1-2 teaspoons of salt 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 2 tablespoons orange juice juice of 4 limes 3 tablespoons of olive oil pork roast (or 4 chicken breast halves) Mix everything. Put marinade in zip lock bag (squeeze out all the air ) with roast for a minimum of 4 hours, overnight is better. Turn over once or twice. Can marinate as long as 48 hours. Chicken is great cooked on grill.
