I am married to a state representative and every Wednesday I send between 100 and 150 cookies, bars, or small pieces of cheesecake or coffee cake to the State House for all the representatives. I am in my 4th year of doing this and because I never make the same thing twice, I am always looking for new recipes. Any help would be appreciated.
