I've done a little of everything. This year I have made a cookie that was similar to the Doubletree Hotel cookie. I doubled the recipe and forgot to double the flour. They loved them the way they were. I'll post that recipe for you when I remember to bring it to the office. Also this year, I have made pecan surprise bars(big hit), chocolate mint cookies, apricot amaretto cookies with amaretto glaze(one of the all time favorites), spice cookies, and this week I made white chocolate coconut cheesecake with chocolate macadamia nut crust baked in a large casserole dish and cut into little squares (biggest hit this year). So you see, I'm open to anything espescially something they have never had before. I have in the past made blue cheese cookies (big hit), chocolate nut cigars made w/phyllo dough(huge hit, but very time consuming), Heath Toffee Bar coffeecake (always a winner), chocolate chip cheesecake w/ Oreo cookie crust, and on and on and on. Let me know if you would like any of the above recipes.
