Tracey,
This is so easy, and everyone loved it !!!

Line a 13 x 9- inch baking dish with plastic wrap, letting wrap extend by a few inches on long sides. Arrange 6 ice cream sandwitches, with sides touching, in 2 rows of 3 each. Spread with 1 cup thawed frozen nondairy whipped topping, then sprinkle 1/3 chup toffee bits (such as Heath ). Top with 6 more ice cream sandwitches; freeze until firm.
Holdin plastic wrap extending above sides of pan, lift cake and invert onto a serving platter. Remove plastic wrap, spread top of cake with 1 cup whipped topping and sprinkle with 1/3 cup toffee bits. To serve, slice crosswise. Drizzle with bottled chocolate sauce, if desired.

Note: Instead of Heath bars, I used Snickers, which I thought were to chewy. Next time (soon) I think I'll use Mr. Goodbars that I talked about when I first posted this. I did drizzle the choc. sauce. Hubby who didn't even want dessert, tasted it and decided maybe he would have just a little........came back for seconds !!
Enjoy !!!
