There are 3 volumes (at least there were when I ordered mine about two years ago) We had eaten at the restaurant while visiting friends in Indiana, we had a delicious raspberry pie and asked for the recipe. They said they don't give out their recipes but that one was in volume II of their cookbook. I should have bought them on the spot, because I ended up paying shipping and handling when I ordered them later by mail.
