Hi Pam;
The more I read your request, I think these delicious tarts that I've made many times just might be what you are looking for.
STRAWBERRY-LEMON TARTS
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, softened
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 package (3oz.) cream cheese softened
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
3/4 cup milk
1 carton (6 oz.) lemon yogurt
1 small package instant lemon pudding
1 pint strawberries
Heat oven to 400*. Mix sugar, margarine, lemon peel and cream cheese until well mixed.
Stir in bisquick thoroughly until soft dough forms. Divide dough into 12 equal parts. With fingers floured with bisquick, press each in bottom and up sides of 12 ungreased medium muffin cups. Bake until edges are light brown, 8-10 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Loosen and remove from pan with metal spatula, cool completly.
Mix milk and yogurt in medium bowl until well blended, beat in pudding with hand beater or on low speed of electric mixer, until well blended, about 1 min. Fill tart shells with pudding. Place one large or two or three small strawberries on each tart. Tart shells can be made ahead and stored in tightly covered container.
