I use the little seashell macaroni, some mayo (I use low-fat), a bit of mustard, some finely chopped sweet pickles, sliced green olives, hard boiled eggs (diced), salt and pepper, some of those little precooked salad shrimp, and sometimes I throw in some cheese (either cubed or grated), I also add a bit of onion (grated,so the kids don't know it's there!), and a dash of the sweet pickle juice. You can substitute diced ham (or whatever else you might have on hand) for the shrimp. |
