This is the marinade I remember my grandmother using years ago. It is still my fovorite and I have had many requests for it. Enjoy:
1/2 Cup oil
1 Cup white vindgar
1Tablespoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 beaten egg
Mix well and pour over chicken pieces. Marinade for several hours or overnight.
