Is there something missing in your recipe as posted? I'm in the process of making them, but the consistency doesn't seem right. It seems too dry. I haven't pressed it into pan yet. I thought otherwise I'd incorporate it into your recipe for Cinnamon Raisin Oatmeal Pecan Cookies...with the variation of almond extract and chocolate. Waiting to hear what your response will be.
