Parchment paper is a white paper that comes on a roll like waxed paper. I buy mine at a cooking store but a lot of large supermarkets have it. You can also purchase it in sheets from the King Arthur Flour catalog. Once you use it you will never be without it. You also can use it over again so do not throw it away after baking your cookies on it. Good Luck!
