Angie: I to am hard pressed to find sugar-free or items made with fructose. I have diabetes, and of course I love sweets. Here is a recipe you might enjoy.
PUMPKIN PUDDING
Make 1-Small Pkg. Sugar-free Butterscotch INSTANT pudding mix, as directed. When done mixing it, add 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/2-1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/2 cup can'ed pumpkin. Mix well. Add 1 small container fat free Cool Whip. Chill
