This sounds like a winner to me! I eat my weight in peanut butter most months, and this sounds like a great recipe. I'll try it out on Monday (my day off) and tell you about it. I wonder how this would be as a bread for peanut butter and jelly sandwiches? Hey, I'm a Virginia guy here, peanuts kind of rule everything we do around here, I might even enter this idea in the Orange County Fair, I'll keep you posted on the results!
