This one is delicious and quick:
you will need:
4-5 chicken breasts or mixed chicken pieces. dash of salt dash of pepper 1 10 oz can of button mushrooms. 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 cup sour cream 1/4 cup flour 1/2 cup red wine. 2 tbs pesto (If you dont have fresh made than package pesto is fine)
Arrange chicken in casserole dish. sprinkle salt and pepper, place mushrooms over top.
In bowl, stir soup, flour and sour cream well.
Add wine, stir. Pour mixture over top sprinkle with the pesto, Bake uncovered in 325 F oven for 1 1/2 hrs until tender >This makes 8 servings.
Serve with rice or noodles and a green tossed salad.
