Sorry, I left out one vital ingredIent! And the caster sugar should be 60 g (2 oz)... I hope no one have made this cake yet... ^_^ Really sorry...Mousse:
150g (5 oz) white chocolate, chopped

150g (5 oz) CREAM CHEESE
60 g (2 oz) CASTER SUGAR

80ml (2 3/4 fl. oz.) orange juice
3 t. gelatine
300 ml (10fl. oz) cream, whipped
2 egg white, whipped to soft peak
