Thank you, I made the cheesecake for my fam for easter and it was a huge hit. I made it in a 10-inch springform because that is what I had and I probably should have shortened the cooking time a bit as the top cracked, but it still tasted like a dream. I put some cherries on top (strawberries are not available here right now, but I will try them this summer) and they hid the cracks marvellously. It was different than other cheesecakes I have made - very smooth. Thanks again for this great addition to my recipe collection, it will be going in the "we loved it" file, *grin*.
