Your recipe looks simple enoug to make... It does sound like the one I am looking for. (The cafe serves it with cinnamon and nugmeg as well.) I will be using full cream milk as we all seem to be underweight here... :( I will be making it this weekend. (Is it ok that I use short grain rice? Will that change the taste? The cafe uses short grain rice if I am not mistake...) Thanks a lot!
