Your recipe sounds good! One question though...with salmonella running around
these days...is the heat from the rice enough to cook the eggs safely?
My grandmother used to do something similar, but she always used leftover rice.
(It was left over on purpose...my family always made sure we had enough for my
"Grandna" to make it!!) She would also add cinnamon and nutmeg to taste as it
cooked.
