I feel so bad as you sounded so desperate and didn't get any replies. Please let me know if you want more recipes. I am SO busy during the week so Saturday is catch up day i.e. you may have to wait. ORIENTAL FISH (You can use salmon, sole, whatever) Marinade: 1/3 cup soy or tamari sauce 1/2 tsp. black pepper 1/4 cup fresh lime juice 2 to 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
Grated zest of 2 limes 1/4 cup peanut oil (any veg. oil will do) 1/4 to 1/2 cup scallions, chopped 4 lbs. fish, skin removed Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Place fish in a non-aluminum dish and cover with marinade. Refrigerate for 3 to 6 hours. Preheat broiler. Broil fish 4 to 8 mins. until brown. (If fillets are thick, cook longer. If close to broiler, cook shorter.) Transfer to platter and spoon sauce over fish. Serve immediately.
