Here's my meatloaf recipe:

2 cups seasoned stuffing
2 cups bread crumbs
1 pkg meatloaf seasoning
1 handful whole oregano
1 handful parsley flakes
1 onion, chopped
3 eggs
22 oz V8
1 lb country sausage
4 1/2 lbs ground beef

Make in morning/early afternoon.
Combine ingredients in the order indicated.
Let the V8 soak in before adding the meat.
Cook 1 hr. @ 300 F. Then cook the rest of the day @ 200 F.
Pour off fat before serving. Serve hot with brown gravy.

To me, it has the right texture. The flavor can be changed (perhaps improved)
by adding more exotic ingredients, such as mustard.
