I couldn't find anything with that name, fastncaht's, but I have 2 recipes for "German potato doughnuts." They are made with mashed potatoes, flour, sugar, baking powder, milk, vanilla, egg and butter. Rolled out to 1" thick, cut with a doughnut ring, fried in hot oil, rolled in sugar or cinnamon and sugar. I remember my mom making these, but not sure if it is what you are looking for.
